Card Payments
Card payments are processed by Moneris, Canada's #1 commerce solutions provider. [CARD STORAGE LINE after 4272d02 is on production AND the one-time clear of old card values has run: Card numbers are entered only on Moneris checkout; Golden Monkey never stores them.]
Encryption
The website, booking widget, apps and dashboards connect to the platform over HTTPS. Data is stored with our database provider's encryption at rest.
Access Control
Staff get roles with only the access they need. Only admins can approve and pay driver payouts. Two-step sign-in is available for staff. [CONFIRM: production runs a commit with these (4272d02 or later)]
Privacy by Design
Reports and heat maps show areas, never customers' home addresses.
Approved Websites Only
Only websites a merchant approves can send bookings into that merchant's account. [CONFIRM DEPLOYED]
Hosting
The platform runs on managed cloud hosting. [HOSTING REGION: back end in Virginia, US; database region to read on the Atlas cluster page. Make no data-in-Canada claim.]
Uptime

Separate Merchant Data
